Job Description:
Juice is delighted to be working with this reputable company that, due to a phase of significant growth is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee its night operations. Based in South Bristol, this role entails managing an accredited security centre with a focus on technology-led solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk and cost.
You Will Be:
* Be a hands-on manager with established leadership skills.
* A proactive approach to managing a diverse team.
* Be proficient at embracing new technologies and services while demonstrating resilience and adaptability to address daily operational challenges.
* Resilient, adaptable, and ready to make an impact.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing night services team, including alarm handling and helpdesk operations.
* Maintaining high levels of customer service in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
* Collaborating closely with operational teams to foster a "one-team" spirit and achieve common goals.
* Analysing data to drive operational improvements and ensure efficient staff rostering.
* Supporting incident management and investigation in collaboration with the technical helpdesk team.
* Assisting senior leadership in showcasing services and capabilities to clients.
You Will Have:
* Minimum 5 years proven success in a similar, supervisory role.
* Strong people management skills.
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Experience managing diverse teams in a 24/7/365 environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must live within 40 minutes commute from Bristol.
* Full-time role (42 hours/week) with flexible hours, including night shifts.
