Customer Service Representative

Salary: £22,464 per annum
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday), 09:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)
36 Hours per week

The Key Duties of the Customer Service Representative


* Providing face to face customer service.
* Dealing with outbound and inbound calls.
* Booking reviews for customers.
* Provide support for vulnerable customers.
* Recommend relevant products to customers.

The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Representative


* Customer facing experience within hospitality, retail or office based roles.
* Ability to actively listen to customer needs.
* Represent the company behaviours: be accountable, be curious, be collaborative, be brave.
