Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our ever-growing Industrial Team in Norwich.
This is an entry level role, which requires no recruitment experience but you’ll get ahead with a driven and hungry attitude. You’ll be able to learn from experienced Recruitment Professionals that can help coach you alongside your team of Recruiters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Using a range of techniques to source candidates
* Maintain contact with candidates to discuss potential opportunities over the phone and face to face.
* Updating and communicating via social media platforms
* Working on the internal CRM to keep data clean
* Candidate Registration
* Compliance and Admin
