A fantastic leading Property Management company is seeking a NEW employee to work within their legal department. This role is best suited for someone looking for work experience in Law or perhaps a first step into the property industry. This is a fixed-term contract position for 1 full year maternity cover within a company that values training and progression. For the first 6 months, you will have close training to ensure you are well supported in everything you need.
This exciting position will include correspondence with Conveyancing Solicitors as well as liaising with internal Property Management. With training if needed, you will be responding to pre-contract enquiries, re-mortgage enquiries and be able to read and interpret legal documents. There will be other administrative tasks as well including responding to emails, calls and carrying out ad-hoc duties to always keep you busy in a varied role!
A successful candidate will be able to multitask and manage their own time effectively whilst maintaining a good level of accuracy and attention to detail. You must be confident in taking and making calls, and be able to work well in a team or on your own.
This will be a 9am-5pm Monday-Friday office-based position.
Salary starts at £22,308 but can increase after probation.
