Senior Domestic Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domestic Energy Assessor to join one of the UK’s top built environment consultancy. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for clients in an ever-changing sector and will be based in their offices in London.
Role responsibilities include:
* Undertake appointments on site briefings and the coordination of surveyors
* Help set up the testing of devices for data collection
* Take the lead on new projects and pilot surveys for testing systems
* Carry out general energy assessments for residential projects
The ideal candidate will have:
* A DEA accreditation with experience and knowledge of construction technology in relation to residential housing
* Experience with stock condition surveying would be beneficial
* Computer literate and overall good educational background
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
