Position. Key Account Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of 8-10 key accounts, fostering strong relationships with both direct clients and agency contacts.
* Solution Selling: Develop and pitch branded content solutions and performance-based campaign ideas tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
* Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding personal revenue targets, with an annual responsibility between £500,000 to £1 million.
* Sector Expertise: Specialize in a designated sector of a key industry, leveraging your knowledge and insights to provide strategic guidance to clients.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively within a team of 10 professionals, sharing insights and best practices to maximize sales success.
Requirements:
* 4-10 years of strong multiplatform client direct media sales experience.
* Proven track record in digital advertising sales, including branded content and creative digital campaigns.
* Exceptional key account management skills with a passion for nurturing client relationships.
* A creative and innovative mindset, adept at developing and selling new ideas to clients and agencies.
* Preferable experience in selling complex B2B advertising solutions.
* Strong educational background and confident articulation skills.
* Stable career history demonstrating consistent success and progression.
* Knowledge of the finance sector is advantageous.
