Life Insurance Sales Advisor
Full time - 9.30am-6pm
Monday to Friday
Farnborough
free onsite parking
£27,000 - £30,000 with bonus on top
Full onsite paid training
What You’ll Do
* Expertly Sell Life-Saving Products: Engage with new clients on the phone to offer the best in Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
* Customer Excellence: Focus on what’s best for your customers needs, which product is going to best fit with their lifestyle.
* Meet & Exceed: There are set targets and financial goals to work towards as well as industry standards to uphold.
What we’re looking for:
* You’ve got an exceptional telephone manner that wins over clients effortlessly.
* Resilience - are you someone who doesn’t give up easily?
* A track record of hitting the mark with performance based KPIs.
* Got a year or more in financial services? Great! If not, show us your rapid learning skills and strong desire to grow.
Why You Should Apply
* Salary range from £27,500 to £30,000 pa OTE £45,000 + pa
* Excellent monthly and annual bonus scheme

* 20 days holiday - rising by 1 day to 25 days annually plus Bank holidays & 3 days Christmas shutdown.
