Your role will include:
* Design and optimize data storage and retrieval systems, leveraging Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure DB services.
* Develop, maintain, and monitor data pipelines for automated data collection and integration from various sources.
* Support data migration, transitioning legacy data platforms and products to the new global data landscape.

For this role, they are looking for a candidate that has experience in…
* Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks architecture and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks,
* Data engineering and data modelling experience, bringing together multiple data sources and tables to create data models.
* Proficiency in developing reports and custom queries using T-SQL.
* Strong visualisation experience using Power BI.
* Experience working with Azure SQL databases.
* Deep experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, CI/CD etc).
