We are working with a market-leading Financial Services business who are looking for a Senior Indirect Tax lead to join them. This is an exciting role in a strongly positioned Investment Bank.
This is a broad role and we are looking for an individual who will enjoy this. The role will include, although is not limited to:
* Oversee all indirect compliance
* Reporting of indirect tax points as part of the financial statements
* Support the Front office teams with all indirect tax matters - this will include new product lines and business transactions
* Stay up to date with tax policies - reporting changes and implications back to the business
* Cost control
* Support with transfer pricing
Experience:
* Looking for someone with a strong background across the Indirect Tax space
* Ideally Big 4/HMRC experience plus, time in an in-house environment
* Investment Banking experience preferred or at least Financial services experience
* Strong technical skills - excel etc
* Strong team player + able to build relationships with stakeholders both internal and external
