Inform Recruitment is working with a not-for-profit organisation, recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales process, enabling this department to meet its goals. This is a newly created position to support the Head of Department.

As Sales Support Coordinator you’ll be responsible for:
* Working in line with department targets and conversation rate
* Driving the Net Promotor Score
* Managing the sales pipeline
* Ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on
* Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls and preparing sales presentations
* Researching potential providers and competitors to support the development of effective sales strategies
* Responding to enquiries from providers
* Maintaining the sales database and ensuring information is up-to-date
* Maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance, as well as identifying areas for improvement
* Collaborating with other departments regarding sales-related activities
* Providing administrative support to the compliance team
