* Review and approve or modify budgets for HR and Training activities and approve monthly invoices for office and HR suppliers.
* Design and implement company policies, including the regular review of the company handbook.

* Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
* Support managers/HR team in presenting information and review for end of year process for performance bonuses, inflationary pay rises and promotion for Director approval.

* Together with the team, address employees’ queries (e.g. compensation, policies, and regulations)
* Support the (EMEA) HR Director in organising the annual HR Meeting, with contribution to key ideas on subject areas. Independently present with the meeting to EMEA HR Managers on topics that are educational and of value.
* Review and develop employee benefits to improve attraction and retention.
Skills
* Recent “Hands-on” experience, with broad generalist knowledge.
* Previous experience in building a small HR team and team management skills.
* Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role.
* Exposure to working with overseas subsidiaries.
* Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and implementing new systems.
* Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
* Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
* Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
