Job Description:
Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Edinburgh
Day rate: £170 per day – CIS / Limited company or PAYE (contractor can choose)
Pay frequency: Weekly
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially
Standard hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm, Saturday 1.5x and Sunday 2x (8 Hours per day with breaks)
Job details:
We are currently searching for several Data Cabling Engineers to work on site in Edinburgh, who possesses some or all of the following:
* Cable installation experience - cable pulling, dressing & termination & Testing (Cat 6 / 6a)
* Health and safety knowledge, supported with an CSCS or ECS card
* Previous experience operating as a Data Cabling Engineer
* Able to operate in a structured cabling environment
* Confident to work in a team or alone
* An energetic work ethic, focussed on a positive and timely outcome
* 5 point PPE, cable pulling and termination tools
* Able to work in England without requiring sponsorship or the processing of a work visa
Company We are assisting a successful company that specialises in the installation of copper and fibre network cabling, mostly internal works, who supply Data Cabling Engineer services to a variety of different customers.
