Air Tightness Tester
Our client is one of the top suppliers of testing, consulting, and assessment services to the UK building, remodelling, and development sectors. They are urgently looking for a trained Air Tightness Tester to join their team in the South East due to a significant increase in business.
Requirements:
* A firm understanding of building regulations and the construction industry.
* A good degree of numerical ability.
* A relevant qualification in air tightness testing and a functional understanding of test guidelines and regulations are prerequisites.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with IT software packages.
* A valid driver’s licence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Communicating with stakeholders on-site.
* Gathering and evaluating test data and composing thorough reports.
* Giving remedial advice when and if tests are unsuccessful.
* Moving equipment from the lab to the testing location and assembling it.
* Organising and creating test procedures.
