Our client is experiencing continued growth and is seeking driven and passionate Customer Service Advisors to support their busy customer service department.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat
* Process sales and purchase orders with efficiency
* Manage delivery dates to meet customer expectation
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Collaborate with colleagues when necessary
Skills/Experience:
* Prior experience in a Customer Service environment
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Good organisational skills
* Polite and friendly manner
* Ability to prioritise daily workload
