Job Description:
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to step into the world of hotels?
THE JOB:
* Nighttime reception works at the Hotel.
* Late check-in and check-out of the guests.
* Assistance with additional requests and/or cooperation with other departments at the property.
* Payment processing and administrative duties.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Min. 1 year experience in a Customer Service role. Ideally within a Hotel or other Hospitality based role.
* Impeccable command of English – both written and oral
* Ability to adhere to the set standards onsite.
* Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.
THE PACKAGE:
* 11.52 per hour on a 25h per week basis
* Meals on duty
* Complimentary use of the leisure and spa facilities
