Job Description:
We are supporting an established and highly reputable business based in Aylesbury with recruiting for an additional Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join their growing team. You will be offered an annual salary of £22,500 - £24,000, plus commission (Realistic OTE £28,000 - £30,000). This is a full-time position, working a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 9am - 6pm with no weekend working!
This is a hybrid position with office days based in the Aylesbury offices, however for the right candidate fully remote could also be considered. To be successful you must be able to start on the 10th of June 2024 as this is a fixed start date.
Duties will include:
* Contacting the database of new customers and providing them with quotes and information
* Handle inbound calls from customers, assisting with a range of queries
* Making accurate cost calculations and quotations
* Follow up sales leads and enquiries and closing sales using a consultative approach
* Checking all information on the system is accurate
* Assist customers with knowledge of products, identifying additional needs and highlighting benefits and features to the service on offer to them
* Attend training and meetings when required
