Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a well-known Leeds based FMCG business who are looking for a Head of Manufacturing Finance.
Responsibilities will include:
* Lead an annual budgeting process for supply chain.
* Provide accurate forecasting of financial performance vs budget and prior year.
* Help develop and implement the supply chain strategy.
* Guide and support decision making through the provision of accurate financial reporting and data.
* Analyse and interpret financial data and reporting in order to add value and identify risks and opportunities.
* Oversee and plan a rolling three year capital investment plan.
* Support the implementation of a new ERP system.
* Build and develop a high performing finance team with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Maintain the compliance to and auditing of financial controls and processes.
* A key member of the senior finance and supply chain leadership teams.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) candidate with extensive commercial and manufacturing experience. Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to advise, challenge and influence.
