Are you an Estimator or similar from a Roofing background looking for a growing company providing the opportunity to work on varied construction projects for commercial clients within a market leading company who are known for progressing their employees?

This is an opportunity to work in a tight-knit company which have been established since 2002 and who pride themselves on training and progression from within. The company have undertaken work from a minimum of £1m to £5m in contract value and are looking to work on even more significant projects in the upcoming future.

In this varied role, you’ll handle pricing, estimates, and quotes based on technical drawings. You’ll also assist with design tasks and collaborate closely with the design team, senior management, and clients. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with technical proficiency and creativity.

This role would suit an Estimator or similar from a Roofing background looking for a varied role where you will work on bespoke construction projects within a company offering a range of benefits including progression and a bonus.

THE ROLE:
* Produce estimates and pricings based on drawings and specified projects
* Coordinate enquiries, input designs and send quotes
* Liaison with other departments - Occasional design responsibilities
