Are you a passionate educator with a background in engineering? Do you have a knack for sharing your knowledge and inspiring the next generation of engineers? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time permanent Engineering Lecturer.
Role: Engineering Lecturer Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Salary: Up to £40,100 per annum.

We are seeking a candidate who:
* Holds a recognized teaching qualification
* Possesses a relevant Level 3 engineering qualification
* Has a minimum of 2 years of teaching/FE experience
* Demonstrates expertise in mechanical or electronic principles (Ideally with a mechanical bias)
As an Engineering Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students. You will have the opportunity to share your industry insights, engage students in practical applications, and foster a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and delivering engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions
* Developing innovative teaching materials and assessment methods
* Providing academic support and guidance to students
* Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and learning experience
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching standards and practices
