Mosaic recruitment is on the hunt for a Finance Manager to oversee the finance function for clients group of companies.
 
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to lead the finance team and drive strategic financial planning and compliance across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA or CIMA qualified, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and implementing policies and ensure compliance standards are met.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
* Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the company’s growth objectives.
* Oversee financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to directors to inform decision-making.
* Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and long-term financial goals.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate financial risks.
* Lead and mentor a small finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental objectives are met.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with directors to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA or CIMA qualified and have proven experience in a finance management role, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
You will have excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Sage 200 & advanced Excel is also desirable.
