Your new role
You will be joining an established Facilities Management provider, with a strong maintenance department leading constant improvement and providing first class delivery.

You will work on Mon-Fri 9-5 as a standard shift pattern with lots of opportunity for overtime available.

Duties:
- PPM visits and reactive repairs of plant rooms, air units, cold water boosters, pumps
- Performing electrical reactive/PPM calls
- Plant room checks
- Manage CAFM system
- HVAC maintenance
- Management of sub contractors

What you’ll need to succeed

- Experience in Facilities Management sector
- Knowledge of SFG20
- 18th edition
- 2391 inspection and testing
- JIG gold
