THE ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be integral to marketing operations across key channels, focusing on strategic initiatives to elevate the company’s brand presence. You will be involved in:
* Email marketing and CRM strategy, understanding customer journeys and tailored campaigns
* The digital side, working also on PPC and SEO campaigns to create a comprehensive customer experience
* Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for events, utilising both organic and paid media channels
* Plan, implement and analyse digital marketing campaigns
* Continuously optimise campaigns based on analytics and insights
* Oversee the management of the company’s online presence.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in end-to-end email and digital marketing campaigns
* Experience in creating and optimising customer journeys
* PPC and SEO understanding/experience
* Analytical mind for assessing campaign performance for optimisation
* B2B experience
* Events experience - having helped coordinated and then marketed an event (virtual or in-person) with multiple hundreds of attendees
