Recruitment Administrator * Temporary Position (ASAP until July, with potential extension)

A specialist recruitment agency in the heart of Norwich is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work alongside another administrator to support our busy recruitment team, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our recruitment processes and providing comprehensive support to our consultants and management.
Day-to-day of the role: * Collaborate with another Recruitment Administrator to manage the workload and support 3 recruitment consultants, the recruitment manager, and the recruitment director.
* Handle the mainline phone line, answering queries and directing calls as needed.
* Provide inbox cover for the recruitment team during annual leave or sickness.
* Maintain the accuracy of the unicorn database by uploading documents.
* Send E Shots for project work and collate results, which may involve additional telephone work.
* Use the template email system via unicorn to ensure continuity in the recruitment process.
* Compile and circulate the BRP report weekly.
* Manage registrations from the recruitment inbox, including record creation and issuing decline statements when necessary.
* Issue basic documents, such as registration forms, and follow up with candidates.
* Format CVs using advanced PDF software (training provided).
* Verify right to work documents and upload relevant items to the database.
* Update the recruitment manager’s audit spreadsheet and monitor the certificate of sponsorship process.
* Use the sponsorship management system to report changes in Doctors’ circumstances.
* Create, check, and issue offer letters, contracts, and variations.
* Support with booking resuscitation courses and generating allocation meeting reports.
* Issue job offers and hospital allocations following team meetings.
* Contact Doctors regarding pre-placement shifts and gain their approval.
* Maintain accurate calendar notes for tasks and deadlines.
* Chase and upload Doctor’s flights and visas before their UK travel.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience in an administrative or recruitment role.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with recruitment databases and email systems is advantageous.
* Understanding of the certificate of sponsorship process is desirable.
