Description
* Interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide product information and assistance.
* Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
* Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to meet company targets.
* Resolving customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
* Working cooperatively with the Customer Service team to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall growth of the retail department.
* Keeping up to date with product knowledge to provide informed service to customers.
Profile
A successful ’Internal Sales Representative’ should have:
* A strong educational background, preferably with a focus on business or retail.
* Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the retail industry.
* Proven skills in sales and customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong team-working skills, with the ability to also work independently.
* Computer proficiency, particularly with sales software and MS Office.
Job Offer
* An estimated salary range of £21,000 - £22,000 per annum.
