Our client, a well-established company in the scientific sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-obsessed Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Executive who is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Part-Time role - flexible hours.
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive include but are not limited to:
*Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and support.
*Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
*Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
*Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Customer Service Executive:
*Previous experience in a customer service role.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Zendesk (or similar CRM tools).
*Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
