Job Description:
Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for generating new business opportunities? We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join a dynamic sales team at our client, a leading innovator in recycling solutions, helping businesses streamline waste management and boost sustainability. This role focuses on outbound appointment generation while developing advanced commercial skills through training, shadowing, and early-stage opportunity management. The responsibilities of the Lead Generation Executive include but are not limited to:
*Generate high volumes of qualified appointments through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
*Conduct thorough discovery to understand client needs, timelines, and potential fit before handover.
*Prepare prospects for engagement and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
*Manage a small early-stage pipeline and follow up until handover to Business Development Managers.
*Mentor new team members and contribute to role plays, best practice sharing, and team development.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Lead Generation Executive:
*Proven experience in lead generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
*Excellent communication and questioning skills with a confident telephone manner.
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
*Resilient, coachable, and committed to personal development and continuous improvement.
*Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
