Job Description:
Our client, a well-established company in the scientific sector, is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Service Executive to support and develop their customer base. This role blends high-quality customer service with hands-on account support, ensuring clients receive outstanding service while also benefiting from a more strategic, partnership-led approach.


The responsibilities of the Client Service Executive include but are not limited to:
*Act as the main contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
*Proactively identify customer needs and ensure services and orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and improve the overall customer journey.
*Monitor account activity, anticipate potential challenges, and take early action to prevent disruption.
*Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, service levels, and client engagement.


Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Client Service Executive:
*Previous experience in customer service or account coordination.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to client care.
*Excellent organisational abilities, with confidence managing competing priorities.
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Zendesk.
*A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think ahead, spot issues early, and take ownership.
