Role Overview:
*Location: New Malden (hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
*Package: (£35,000 - £37,000 Base + £15k Comms, Uncapped) + Strong Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Identifying and researching target organisations, markets, and key decision-makers
*Running multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
*Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
*Booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives and product specialists
*Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, tracking activity and pipeline progress
*Feeding back market insights on customer needs, competitors, and trends
*Working closely with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging and outreach
Main Skills Needed:
*1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation (SaaS or HR tech ideal)
*Confident written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and asking smart questions
*A proactive, self-starting mindset with a track record of hitting targets
*Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
*Interest in AI, SaaS, or people technology
