Job Description:
Lisa Wright Recruitment is supporting a client in their search for a proactive, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT team. This is a key role, providing technical support to lawyers, partners, and business support colleagues, ensuring they have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology.
*Option of working from Spalding, Huntingdon, Birmingham or Nottingham office locations*
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
*Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and network issues.
*Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and legal applications (e.g., iManage).
*Build, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
*Maintain inventories, adhere to security standards, and assist with IT projects.
*Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in professional services, financial, or legal environments.
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and user administration.
*Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information.
Desirable:
*Experience with legal applications, networking, or remote working technologies.
*ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications.
Personal Attributes:
*Approachable, patient, and service-oriented.
*Detail-focused, collaborative, and adaptable.
Working Arrangements:
*Office-based with some hybrid working depending on business needs.
*Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work for system upgrades or critical issues.
*Travel to other offices may be required.
