A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and relationship-focused Client Service Executive to join a well-established organisation in the medical devices sector. This position combines high-quality client interaction, account coordination, and strategic support to ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey.

The responsibilities of the Client Service Executive include but are not limited to:
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by fully understanding their needs and challenges.
*Develop tailored account strategies that maximise client value, support growth, and deepen partnerships.
*Oversee client satisfaction, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded throughout the customer journey.
*Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Study Directors to support smooth account handovers and timely delivery of studies or services.
*Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements, while keeping CRM records accurate and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Client Service Executive:
*Proven experience managing customer accounts and building strong, long-term client relationships.
*Confident and adaptable communication style, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*Competence using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
*A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activity.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create tailored solutions that add value to clients.
