Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor (Generalist) to provide high-quality, proactive HR support across multiple sites and clients, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, redundancy and flexible working.
• Provide practical advice on employment law, HR policy and best practice.
• Conduct investigations, hearings and appeals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and probation processes.
• Maintain HR records and systems, supporting payroll and benefits where required.
• Contribute to HR projects, compliance activity and continuous improvement.
About You
• Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards), multi-site experience, experience of working in an HR Consultancy
