Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client a healthcare design consultancy, for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Senior Leadership Team within a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and well-organised business processes.
The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
*Manage complex executive diaries, coordinating meetings, travel, and time allocation to ensure optimal efficiency.
*Oversee and prioritise the Director’s inbox, ensuring actions are followed up, delegated or completed promptly.
*Prepare high-quality documentation, including agendas, briefing packs, reports, and presentations.
*Coordinate financial administration, such as purchase orders, invoice tracking, and monthly reporting.
*Maintain smooth office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, and supplier coordination.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Executive Assistant:
*Previous experience supporting C-Suite or Senior Leadership.
*Previous experience in Bookkeeping or financial administration.
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
*Proactive and forward-thinking, able to anticipate needs and act independently.
*Excellent communicator, confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
