Compensation: £50,000 - £70,000 p/a
Fully onsite in Cheltenham
eDV/ enhanced DV clearance or eligibility required
Required Skills:
*Proven experience in IT service management roles with a strong grasp of ITIL principles and the service lifecycle
*Ability to navigate complex technical environments and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
*Proactive problem-solving, risk management, and service assurance capabilities
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority
*Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills:
*Knowledge of DevSecOps or Agile delivery methods
*Experience working within secure or mission-led environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
*Relevant professional certifications in service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred
*Significant experience in service management or related roles in technical or government sectors
Other Requirements:
*Must be a UK citizen and able to obtain and maintain the highest level of UK Government security clearance (eDV/enhanced DV)
*Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
