We are looking for a methodical and proactive Safer Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Durham. This pivotal role will be responsible for upholding our safer recruitment standards and ensuring every stage of pre-employment vetting is completed with accuracy, integrity and professionalism.

Our Safer Recruitment Administrator will be:
*Conducting safer recruitment checks including DBS, Right to Work, employment history and referencing
*Completing risk assessments and escalating concerns where required
*Ensuring compliance with internal standards as well as Ofsted and CQC frameworks
*Preparing compliance documentation for regulatory bodies
*Creating and maintaining accurate personnel files and tracking systems, updating relevant departments on the progress of checks.
Our Safer Recruitment Administrator will have:
*Experience in recruitment, vetting, onboarding or referencing
*Knowledge of safeguarding, DBS and Right to Work processes (within a care or education setting would be ideal)
*Exceptional attention to detail and be highly organised
*An analytical and proactive approach and be confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
*Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
We’ll be offering our Safer Recruitment Administrator:
*A competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum (6 moth fixed term contract) depending on experience.
