We are partnering with a fast-growing international technology company seeking a People Partner to support its expanding team. Reporting to the VP of People, this role will work closely with leaders across the business, providing strategic and operational HR support while managing and developing a People Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with managers and leaders on performance, employee relations, and team development
• Lead and manage employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent processes
• Support organisational growth, change initiatives, and workforce planning
• Oversee core people operations including onboarding, policies, and HR processes
• Provide HR support to teams across multiple international locations
• Line manage and develop a People Advisor
About You
• Experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role
• Experience of working with/supporting technology teans
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation
• Confident supporting and influencing stakeholders
• Experience managing or mentoring junior HR team members is desirable
