We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our Greenham Hub managing our in house teams across our Berkshire locality on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works.
What you’ll need:
*Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams

*Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets

*Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health & Safety regulations

*A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction

*Drives a strong health & safety focus

*Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence

*Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work
