Not only does recruitment need to be more affordable, but it also needs to be more achievable. Finding talented candidates in a candidate short market is always going to make recruitment difficult, but with a job board for employers to advertise their vacancies for free dedicated to a specialist industry, the hope is for the site to attract talented professionals.
